Yes. She is a motorized standing figure that runs from a 120V outlet.
Can she go outside?
Indoors or out. Give her flat ground and room for the gown, and keep the plug end off wet ground.
Is she too much for small children?
There is no jump to this one. She is eerie rather than aggressive, which is the piece to use when the block has small kids and you still want the yard to land.
Does the groom come with her?
No, the groom is a separate piece. The two were built to stand together, and the pair is what turns a prop into a scene.
How should I light her?
One low uplight is enough. The ivory gown is the brightest thing in a dark yard, so it does the work without a second rig.
