A 10-foot inflatable archway in pumpkin orange, with a black cat draped over the crown next to a curling green witch hat and two white ghosts pushing out of purple window frames on the legs. Green grass fringe wraps the base of each column. It self-inflates on a heavy fan and lights from inside, so it belongs at the mouth of the driveway where the whole street sees it.

Why it holds up

Unroll it across the driveway, drive the stakes, plug in the fan. It is up in about four minutes and still standing at sunrise.
Ten feet of orange over the drive
Ten feet is sized to read from the street instead of blending into the yard. The orange shell carries past the curb and down to the end of the block.
Lit from the inside, no fixture
The light-up effects are built in, so nothing extra has to point at it and no spotlight stake ends up in the lawn. The glow comes from inside the shell.

Questions people ask
How long does it take to set up?
About four minutes. Unroll it across the driveway, drive the stakes, plug in the fan, and it fills itself while you carry the next tote out.
What comes in the box?
The arch, its internal fan, and the stakes and tethers that hold it down. Nothing else has to be bought to stand it up.
Does it light up?
Yes. The light-up effects are built in and glow from inside the shell, so nothing has to be aimed at it and no spotlight stake ends up in the lawn.
Will it still be standing in the morning?
It is the heavy-fan, anchored kind. Anchoring is what keeps an inflatable up, so drive every stake that came in the box and run every tether, including the ones on the back side nobody sees.
Does the fan have to run all night?
Yes. The fan is what holds the shape — cut the power and it goes flat, which is also how you take it down.
Is it too scary for small kids?
