How do I hang it?
There are no stakes on cloth. Staple it to wood, zip-tie it to a fence, or hook it into the eaves — and use more fasteners along the top edge than feel necessary, because the top edge is what wind pulls on.
Does it need aging first?

Can I cut it?

It is made for outdoor use, but wet cloth gets heavy and sags. Check the fasteners along the top edge after a storm and shake it out before you fold it away.
