How tall is it?
It stands at adult height. This is not a tabletop piece: the silhouette is meant to land from the sidewalk.
Where should I put it?
Beside the front steps, or just inside a garage door with the light behind it. Give it a flat surface and clearance for the robe.
Can it go outside?
It is rated for indoor or outdoor use. Keep it out of standing water and it holds up season to season.
Do I need a spotlight on it?
No. The black robe against a lit porch is the whole effect — backlight does more here than a fixture pointed at the face.
Is it too much for small children?
It is rated not for little kids. The pale face with the sunken eyes and the open mouth is the reason.
How does it store?
The robe is fabric over a frame, so it folds back into a box and comes out next year.
