Twenty-eight molded pieces — skull, spine and rib sections, pelvis halves, arm and leg bones, hands and feet — cast in a chalky bone grey with the darker wash already sunk into the crevices. Nothing to paint, nothing to assemble. Scatter them across the lawn and press a few into the dirt at the base of a groundbreaker.

Why it holds up
The wash is already in the crevices
Straight out of the box the grey is broken up by a darker wash sitting in the eye sockets, along the ribs and at the joint ends. No dry-brushing, no aging of your own — that part of the job is done before the box opens.

On the 31st the bones read from the sidewalk before anyone gets close, and they hold that read until the last porch light goes out. In November you walk the yard, pick the pieces up and drop them back in the box — no drying, no repainting. Standard delivery runs 5 to 7 days, 3 to 4 if you need it sooner.
