Seven feet of bone that stays where you put it
A full-size poseable skeleton in aged-bone resin over a steel frame, 84 inches from skull to toe. Stake it into the front lawn, bend it into whatever it was doing when the neighbors weren't looking, and it holds that pose. Built for the graveyard scene out front, but it stands just as well inside a garage haunt.

Why it holds up
The bone color in the photo is the one you keep
It's UV-stable resin, tinted that dirty ivory with the darker wash sitting in the ribs and joints. Sun is what chalks out the cheap ones. This one is built to come off the lawn the same color it went on.

Twenty-six inches at the shoulders, fourteen deep, 12.4 pounds on the scale. One person carries it out to the lawn and stands it up without a second pair of hands. The stakes handle the rest.
Slightly scary, which is the right amount
Bare bone, jaw a little open, amber in the eye sockets, and that's the whole effect. No motor lunging at anyone. It's the skeleton the six-year-olds still walk past to get to the candy, and the one their parents stop to photograph. Nothing to plug in, so it goes wherever the stakes hold.
