Five stones that turn a lawn into a plot
Five molded tombstones in weathered gray, each with a different carving: a columned cross, a bat under a gothic arch with a hooded figure leaning over it, a ghost in relief, and two RIP slabs. Height on the set runs to 25.6 inches, and they push into sod on black stakes. Set them in a loose arc off the walk so the crowd reads a plot, not a row of props.

The gray comes molded in, with cracks and grime already sitting in the recesses. No dry-brushing, no rattle can, no weekend of paint before the yard is ready.

Ground stakes come in the box, so nothing else is needed to plant the set. For wind — open lawn, hardpan, a gusty night — move up to a Ground-Lock kit before you leave the plot out overnight.

They hold the plot all night while the sidewalk fills, then pull out of the sod by hand in November. Hose the dirt off the stakes, stack the five flat, and the box goes back on the shelf until next season. Standard shipping runs 5 to 7 days, express 3 to 4.
