The cape is the whole read from the sidewalk: hood up, floor-length, nothing catching the porch light. The claws and the striped socks are what they pick up once they are on the step.

On the night it does one job: be the shape at the door every time it opens. Then it packs down. Cape, socks and gloves back in the box, glasses tucked inside the hat, hat on top so it keeps its point, and the set takes a shelf corner until next October. Ships in 5 to 7 days, 3 to 4 on express.
