How tall and how wide is it, really?

Thirty-five inches from the ground to the top of the pumpkin, and fifty-eight inches across from fingertip to fingertip — just under five feet of reach along the ground.

Does it move or make any sound?

No. It's a still display piece — the pose, the raised arm and the carved face are fixed. There's no motor, light or sound built in.

What's it made of, and will it survive rain and wind?

Weather-resistant resin built to stay outside for the whole season. It isn't inflatable, so wind doesn't deflate it — stake it in soft ground and it holds its pose through rain.

How do I set it up?

It snaps together in pieces, no tools required. Most people have it standing in the yard in a few minutes.

How is it anchored in the yard?

The base sits below grade like a real groundbreaker — push it into soft soil so the ribcage rests at ground level. For hard ground or extra hold in wind, a stake kit sold separately does the job.

Does it light up at night?

No built-in lighting. It reads best under a porch light or a spotlight aimed up from the grass — pairing it with a ground spotlight is common.

How is this different from an inflatable pumpkin decoration?

It's sculpted resin, not printed fabric on an air frame, so the ribs, teeth and hands are three-dimensional whether or not the wind is blowing. It also stores smaller than a fence-length inflatable once the season ends.

Can I line up more than one along a fence?

Yes — several customers set two or three along a fence line so the reaching hands nearly meet. Each one ships and sets up on its own.
