The kit ships with a socket bit that chucks into a cordless drill, so each anchor spins down into the lawn while you hold the prop with the other hand. No mallet, nothing to pound, and no bent wire pins to fish out of the grass in the morning.
A T-handle for when the battery quits
There's a steel T-handle in the box that seats on the same drive the drill bit uses. Dead battery, an anchor going in tight against the porch rail, or you just want to feel the spiral grab — turn it by hand. Same anchor, no cord, no trip back to the garage.
A closed ring, not an open hook
Each anchor tops out in a solid ring. Guy line, ratchet strap, the tether on an inflatable — it stays clipped through a gust instead of lifting off the way a hook does. The flat disc under the ring stops at the grass, so you know when to quit turning.
